Under various schemes, more than 15000 people have been trained across 8 states, namely Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Bihar. It has also partnered with State Skill Development Missions (SDMs) in states like Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Bihar.  

XI-BPL is an affiliated training provider with NSDC for PMKVY project and is also implementing various other programs in skill domain. XI-BPL has its presence in more than 8 states with a network of 100+ functional vocational training centers (under the brand XI-BPL VTCs) and is expanding to other areas of the country as well. XI-BPL offers employment linked training programs in various sectors including Agriculture, Handicrafts, Healthcare, IT/ITeS, Leather, Tourism and Hospitality, Textile, Apparel, Electronics and others. XI-BPL has the vision to bring sustainability and scalability to skilling and livelihood business.
